Do I need Playtomic? Do I have to switch management software?
No to both. If you use Playtomic, Vamos works alongside it with the official Third-Party credentials you generate yourself in the Manager (Settings → Developer tools), read-only: bookings, courts and customers stay where they are. If you don't use Playtomic it still works — you import your player list once, or start from a WhatsApp voice note. Either way, you never switch management software.
How does the player join the match?
They reply "YES" on WhatsApp and the spot is theirs. With Playtomic they get the link to join from their app and the sync seals the 4/4; either way you receive a one-tap confirmation to close the match from your software. No unauthorised writes to your software, ever.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes, by design: explicit opt-in before any invite, "STOP" with immediate and persistent effect, data isolated per club, quiet hours by default (21:30–09:00). Consents are visible and manageable from the CRM.
Which WhatsApp number does it use?
Yours. We connect the club's WhatsApp Business: players see the club's name, logo and number, not ours. The bot speaks with the persona and tone you configure.
How long does it take to set up?
Under 30 minutes: you connect WhatsApp and your player base. If you use Playtomic you add the credentials and the first sync populates the Radar in about 5 minutes; if you don't, you import the list or switch on the voice note. From there Vamos works on its own.
Does it work for tennis?
Yes. Singles (2 players) and doubles (4): level-based matching, deadlines and the invite cascade adapt automatically to the match format.
How much is an empty court costing you?
