WhatsApp Business costs depend on use and are paid by the club to Meta, without a Vamos markup. Assess the return on additional verified slots, including all costs. Any activation fees and cancellation terms are stated in the contract.
Do I need Playtomic? Do I have to switch management software?
Already have club management software? Keep it. Vamos adds match completion; native management is intended for clubs without a management system. Automated integration is currently available only with Playtomic. With TPC Matchpoint or other systems, we assess compatibility first without promising an available sync.
How does the player join the match?
With Playtomic, the player follows the link and joins in their app; sync then verifies the full roster. In native management, only for clubs without a system, joining is confirmed in the Vamos booking. A WhatsApp yes alone does not count as a recovered match.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes, by design: explicit opt-in before any invite, "STOP" with immediate and persistent effect, data isolated per club, quiet hours by default (21:30–09:00). Consents are visible and manageable from the CRM.
Which WhatsApp number does it use?
Yours. We connect the club's WhatsApp Business: players see the club's name, logo and number, not ours. The bot speaks with the persona and tone you configure.
How long does it take to set up?
Activation depends on player data, consent and WhatsApp readiness, including Meta template approval. With Playtomic you connect read-only credentials; without any management system you import players and use the Vamos calendar. Compatibility with other systems is checked first.
Does it work for tennis?
Yes. Singles (2 players) and doubles (4): level-based matching, deadlines and the invite cascade adapt automatically to the match format.
