Vamos vs Playtomic: complementary, not an alternative

Playtomic is a booking platform and player marketplace: it publishes courts, lets players find and pay for matches, and gives your club a calendar. It is the system of record for what is booked. Vamos does none of that. It does not create bookings, does not take payments and does not run a calendar.

Vamos is a recovery layer. Its single job is to close the gaps Playtomic leaves open: a match stuck at three players, a court freed by a last-minute cancellation, a prime-time slot that will otherwise go empty. When Vamos detects a real gap, it invites a small, targeted group of players over WhatsApp in waves, with consent, quiet hours and anti-spam limits, first-yes-wins. The recovered revenue is only counted when the match is verified full, either at the next Playtomic sync or by the manager's one-tap confirmation.
