Vamos pricing is simple and per venue: one plan at 99 EUR per month, VAT excluded, the same for clubs on Playtomic and for clubs that work on the Vamos agenda. There are no tiers to compare and no per-message fees from Vamos: WhatsApp Business messages are billed by Meta to the club's own account, with no markup.
With Playtomic, the fee sits alongside your existing subscription. Clubs without any management system can use the native Vamos calendar; compatibility with other systems is checked first. Assess the return using the additional value of players added to verified matches, actual club prices and the full cost of the service.
What the plan includes
The plan is built for the club that is done chasing the fourth player. It includes automatic filling and the Radar, WhatsApp invites in waves, the AI Concierge on WhatsApp, advanced matching, waitlists and campaigns, recovered-revenue analytics and guided activation.
It also includes the structured engagement layer: player waves on WhatsApp with consent and quiet hours, anti-spam controls, and first-yes-wins so the slot goes to whoever confirms first. It only counts recovered revenue when the match is actually full and verified, so the numbers you see are real, not optimistic.
Automation included, chains priced together
Automation is not an upgrade: every venue gets the same invite waves, the same player matching and the same reporting on recovered revenue over time. That matters most in busy clubs where matches go short often and the manager cannot chase every gap by hand.

How much revenue can I actually recover?

Does Vamos integrate with Playtomic or my management software?
Automated integration is available only with Playtomic, read-only. Keep other management systems and check compatibility before activation. Native Vamos management is only for clubs without a system; it is not a second calendar alongside an existing one.
Does it work for tennis and other sports, not just padel?
Yes. Vamos was built for padel and tennis clubs and the same recovery logic applies to any court sport where matches go short or lose a player. The mechanics of engaging players in waves and filling the match are the same regardless of the sport; "Open new matches", which offers free courts with Playtomic if you turn it on, works only for padel.
Is Vamos GDPR compliant?
Vamos engages players on WhatsApp with consent, respects quiet hours, and includes anti-spam controls, so outreach is opt-in and controlled rather than mass messaging. You should keep your own player consent records in order as the club is the data controller, but the product is designed to support compliant, permission-based contact.
